- Creation of an After Effects plugin for wall color correction
For Seikei Gakuen's centennial, a 70-meter, dark red brick facade served as the projection surface for one of Japan's first large-scale 3D projection mapping installations, at a time when the technique had little established practice in the country.
Brick absorbs and shifts light, degrading any image projected directly onto it. I built an After Effects plugin that used scanned color data from the facade to pre-compensate the source footage, correcting for the wall's tone so the animation reproduced its intended colors.
As technical supervisor, I also defined the production pipeline connecting the animation team to the installation's technical constraints, building much of that workflow from scratch.
